Joe has been immersed in the fitness industry since 1980. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as an ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AFAA (American Fitness Association of America) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Exercise Leader. He is experienced in working with a variety of population groups and enjoys motivating and educating clients.
Sandra is certified by the Athletic Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and is a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has experience in marathon training, UFC kickboxing and TRX. She helps clients reach their goals by designing workouts that are fun and empowering.
Anne is certified by Fitness Resource Association (FRA). She has a remarkable ability to develop a sustainable, practical and flexible training regime that can be employed by members at any level of fitness.
Jean is certified by the Athletic Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has years of experience motivating clients in her energetic classes, creating high energy and fun workouts.
John holds a bachelor degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences and was a starter for the Colby-Sawyer baseball team. He also coached college baseball for 4 years. John is avid about fitness and can help anyone reach their goals no matter age or experience.
